Prudens specializes in corporate and fiduciary services , seeks to employ an office administrator for their offices in Nicosia.The ideal candidate should be fluent in both Greek and English.

Job Requirements:

  • Handling of the reception desk
  • Handling telephone calls
  • Filling / Archiving
  • Secretarial duties
  • Good communication, organisation, supervisory and interpersonal skills
  • Strong sense of commitment and responsibility
  • Able to take initiative
  • Good knowledge of English and Greek ( Russian will be considered an advantage )
  • Good knowledge of computers ( Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, E-mail )
  • Success in examinations ECDL will be considered an advantage
  • Diploma College in Secretarial Studies will be considered an advantage
  • Past experience will be considered an advantage
