Responsibilities: | Assist in preparation of documents necessary for the Registrar of Companies, Tax and VAT authorities. Managing the switchboard and directing incoming inquiries. Assist in response to client requests. Meet and greet clients. Arrange and coordinate meetings & conferences. Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to filing and mailing. |
Qualifications : | At least 2-3 years work experience in a similar position. Strong administration and time management skills. Managing the switchboard and directing incoming inquiries. Fluency in Greek and English. Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS office applications. Ability to work under pressure. Ability to take initiative and deliver results Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Organized and motivated |
