The Company: Bayer CropScience, an international crop protection product and service provider based in Limassol with Social Security Employer No. 1574207/5/4675 seeks to employ a Country Manager – Arabian Gulf & Levant.

The position: Country Manager, Arabian Gulf & Levant.

Duties & Responsibilities: The role of the Country Manager is to ensure close contact between BCS and national distributors/agents in the private and public market sectors in the respective countries (Syria, Iraq, Jordan, KSA, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, UAE, Lebanon, Yemen, Palestinian territory) so as to ensure optimum turnover and market share in the assigned countries- He/She needs to develop and implement sales strategies, maintain competitive product portfolios, develop and implement a five years sales plan, develop and implement local distribution strategies, negotiate and set sales objectives and proac-tively review current sales and marketing plans.

Qualifications: The successful candidate must be a holder of a University Degree in Agricultural Engineering (preferable in Crop Protection and Plant Production), broad marketing, commercial and technical oriented background and experience, advanced communication and language skills (Arabic & English compulsory), capable to overcome complexity, highly sensitive intercultural skills and at least 5 years of experience in the regional market in a similar position-
