P&G Hellas is offering an opportunity of a paid internship in its Human Resources department. As a member of our HR team, you are responsible for enabling all our people to be at their very best, so that we can achieve and exceed our business objectives. In support of that, you lead systems, and tools that attract, develop, challenge, motivate and reward our people. Throughout this internship, you will use your excellent collaboration and influencing skills to work with our leaders and enable them to effectively manage their organizations. In order to lead your projects you will have to think creatively and at the same time be result oriented.
Qualifications
We are looking for
- Top talent students of Bachelor or Master degree coupled with HR/Behavioral interest
- Evidence of passion and achievements in academic or non-academic activities
- Leadership, collaboration skills, creativity and strategic analysis
- Excellent command of the English language

Interns are assigned to specific Customer Teams for the duration of their internship. Their responsibilities include achieving competitively superior in-store presence of our brands. Additionally, interns are assigned special projects to complete, and are expected to make meaningful contributions to the growth of our brands by completing business analyses and participating in account presentations. Interns are expected to learn and use conceptual selling techniques and data-based presentations.
We are looking for
- Bachelors/Masters students or graduates in between studies with good academic results from any academic discipline.
- Active in extracurricular activities
- A valid driver’s license is mandatory
- Very good knowledge of written and spoken English.
