Deputy Store Manager /Ref. No: DSM_BUL_09_15
Key Responsibilities
- Supports the Manager & the sales’ team to achieve the store’s sales & profitability, based on the targets set
- Helps on maximizing all commercial KPIs of the store
- Offers the best possible customer service & coaching sales representatives on sales techniques & operational duties
- Assists with in-store merchandising
- Opens & closes the store as needed
- Assists the Store Manager with employees’ development & motivation
Qualifications and Competences Required:
- University degree or Diploma
- At least 1 year of working experience in a retail environment within a managerial position (previous professional experience in sports/fashion sector will be considered as an asset)
- Very good communication & interpersonal skills
- Teamwork & Collaboration
- Achievement drive, initiative taking and problem solving skills
- Customer Focus
- People management skills
- Fluency in bulgarian and english language
- Advanced numeracy and PC skills
