Ταξιδιωτικούς πράκτορες αναζητά η αεροπορική εταιρία «U.S. Airways». Ανάμεσα στις προϋποθέσεις είναι η γνώση Ελληνικών αφού όσοι προσληφθούν θα είναι υπεύθυνοι εξυπηρέτησης Ελλήνων πελατών. Ο τόπος εργασίας είναι το Liverpool της Αγγλίας. Το νέο προσωπικό θα μπει σε τμήμα εκπαίδευσης το οποίο θα ξεκινήσει τον Απρίλιο του 2012. Για τα προσόντα και τις προϋποθέσεις διαβάστε παρακάτω:

 

JOB TITLE: Agent, International Reservations (General)

POSITION PURPOSE:To meet the customers’  travel needs by providing efficient and courteous service in their language of choice.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
– Assist with new and existing reservations on US Airways and US partners via phone and e-mail
– Provide accurate information regarding flights, fares, destinations, products and special offers
– Assist with baggage related queries or problems
– Provide flight reprotection as a result of schedule changes or flight irregularities to ensure efficient service recovery by finding viable alternatives that meet customer requirements
– Liaise with internal customers from other US Airways locations
– Keep updated on company policies, procedures and technologies by attending ongoing training and reading daily bulletins and other communications to ensure changes are implemented timely and effectively
– Deal with ad-hoc issues as and when they arise
– Undertake any other duties as required

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS. EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
– GCSE or equivalent in English and Mathematics
– Fluency (oral and written) in English as well as at least one of the following languages: French, German, Greek, Italian, Portuguese or Spanish
– Ability to provide the highest standards of customer service excellence
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Strong listening and problem solving skills
– Ability to function effectively in a fast paced environment
– Ability to continuously learn, understand and apply changing job related policies and procedures
– Ability to remain professional and maintain confidentiality
– People-oriented with a positive and cooperative attitude
– Basic computer and typing skills

DESIRABLE SKILLS AND QUALITIES
– At least 2 years experience in a call center environment or other relevant customer service experience
– Experience with airline reservations software, policies and procedures
