Job specification
Provides onsite support by performing installation, upgrades, repairs and maintenance of complex equipment and systems. Troubleshoot to system malfunctions, or with the support of a team of experts abroad, to solve. Represents the customer service training in the use and maintenance of the systems.
Τhe Candidates’ Profile
• Bachelor Ordinary Degree / Bachelor Honour Degree Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics.
• Knowledge of optical systems and setting up, calibrating them is a plus.
• Good command of English and possibly. German language in speech and writing.
• Sharp analytical skills to analyze or troubleshoot simple and complex distortions and report or correct.
• Take initiative, do not wait.
• Personality, with expertise, tact and determination to achieve results.
• Willingness to work in cleanrooms.
• Willingness to follow courses in Germany.
• Willingness to stay overnight during work shifts and schedules.
• Willing to rotation of fault services during evenings and weekends.
• Customer satisfaction is high on your agenda.
• Driving license B
5 Test and Maintenance Engineers
Job Description
-Monitor the PM parameters and carry out PM actions
-Keep machine configuration up to date
-Maintain problem list
-Implement required Field Change Order’s
-Carry out and/or assist the development actions on the machines
-Provide competency support in case of escalation by team members
-Feedback actual machine utilization to the planner
-Ensure efficient use of machines, escalate in case of problems
-Transfer machine status and problem list to next shift if applicable
Candidates’ Profile
-Βachelor Degree in a Mechanical, Electrical or similar
– Relevant experience in a multi-disciplined work environment.
-Test experience
– Soft- hardware unit experience
– Technical oriented
-A strong communicative personality with a pragmatic attitude.
-A real team player with a quality orientation.
– Technical driven.
-Excellent knowledge of the English language.
-Proactive and independent.

Job Description

-Degree in an engineering field or equivalent experience, mechanical aptitude, knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, electronics, semiconductor processes, relevant software and related

-Analytical thinker, structured, able to work with the available information. Service orientated, good communicator and team worker
-Excellent knowledge of the English language
-Good communication skills with a customer focus for understanding, influencing and supporting them

Other Information
Should expect to spend more than 50% of the time inside the clean room working with mechanical and electrical equipment. The manager, supervisor/team leader set technical direction. Should expect to travel 50% of the time to customers world wide.
Sector Information
The sector Planning & Manufacturing is responsible for the production of wafer steppers and scanners as well as for purchasing and logistics. The complete production process of the most advanced machines takes place within this sector.
