The Position
We are a group of SAP professionals supporting the strategic global HR processes: Compensation Management, Performance Management and Succession & Talent Management, serving for around 80’000 users around the globe. The team consists of HR and IT experts based in Central Europe and North America.
As global Talent Management Delivery Team we are contributing to the success of our global processes through enhancement projects and support of the existing solutions.
The internship opportunity in this team provides first insights into the SAP Human Capital Management solution – mainly in the Talent Management area, exposure to project management methodologies in a validated environment and working in a very dynamic support organization. The main tasks will be:
- Adjusting the project documentation to the most current Roche standard
- Identifying gaps in the documentation and ensuring their closure
- Supporting the project teams
- Helping with the 3rd level support in the areas of Compensation-, Performance- and Talent-Management
The internship will be available from March 2013 for 4 to 6 months.
Who you are

You have basic experience with SAP and ideally an HR background. Your further qualifications are:
-Good knowledge on project methodologies – especially IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL)
-Self-motivated, team-oriented and open communicator
-Excellent organizational, multi-tasking and prioritization skills
-High sense for quality and professional management of administrative tasks
-Excellent written and verbal English skills
