Telephone Betting Operator (f/m), London
On behalf of a betting company based in London, UK we are looking for a Telephone Betting Operator who has good organizational skills and smart working methods.
Responsibilities:
– Manage & support customer’s requirements outside of bet placement
– Support and understand customer requirements and resolve any customer problems
– Support telephone betting specific duties and mail marketing campaigns
– Report any identified system faults and / or customer feedback as appropriate
– Create strong relationships with company’s customers, advising on all telephone betting products
The Candidates Profile:
– Excellent verbal, written and typing communication skills in English, plus two more European languages
– A good level of education (‘A’ Level standard)
– Knowledge of gambling and gaming markets
– 1 – 2 years of professional experience in betting – gaming sector
– Advanced knowledge of MS Office and Internet applications
– Able to work under time pressure and flexible hours

Responsibilities:
– Provide & support customers with the best solution to their problems
– Recognize when problems must be escalated to second line support
– Be responsible for answering phone, email and chat queries from customers on daily basis
– Help to create a development plan to enable growth within the company
