Role purpose: Is to lead the HR Services function for the spoke Operating company by setting and coordinating local HR Services strategy, to ensure alignment and optimisation with the HR Services model, and also ensure smooth operational delivery and efficiency of local HR Services activities implementatio

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

• Implement and embed the Global HR Services Operating Model across the Spoke OpCo by coordinating the change management plan and communications across the relevant stakeholders in HR and the management population

• Orchestrates the operation of HR Services in local market to ensure fit for purpose and supporting local requirements whilst delivering a service compliant and supportive of the Global HR Services strategy

• Ensures the implementation of the standard globally agreed processes, systems, organisation and data requirements across the OpCo in line with the HR Services roadmap

• Ensures compliance with local quality levels for delivery of HR Services to the Operating Company on an In-Country basis and manage service escalations from within the Operating Company

• Defines requirements in line with EVO to support In-Country HR administration processes underpinning Employee and Manager self-service

• Handles complex and escalated HR customer service issues while providing exceptional customer service; ensuring consistency, speed and responsiveness

• Ensures an exceptional experience for total line of employment from hire to resign and delivery services through the team members

• Secures data integrity through accuracy and consistency of information that is added to the HR system

Core competencies, knowledge and experience:

• Functional knowledge of all areas of HR

• Understands and utilizes HR systems

• Ensure interfaces with Local HRD, Head of HR Services, HR Services Lead, Hub, local HR BP and CofE community, local service providers/vendors

• Liaise with the Local Leadership team to understand HR Services delivery requirements and ensure appropriate allocation of resources and budget

Must have technical / professional qualifications:

• Bachelor or Master degree and solid understanding of HR business areas

• Strong leadership and management skills

• Excellent customer orientation and strong relationship management skills

• Ability  to cut through ambiguity, find solutions and implement these to completion

• Experience in managing international projects

• Solid understanding of HR processes and HR information solutions

• Ability to quickly develop trust, build relationships and gain respect at all levels of the organization, handling complex situations professionally

• Ability to multi-task, manage multiple and simultaneous priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is required
