Since its founding in 1969, the company operates in the Greek market aiming to add value to its consumers, customers, employees and suppliers and also contribute substantially and effectively in the Greek economy and the local communities, where it operates.

Coca-Cola Tria Epsilon bottles, distributes and trades the Coca-Cola Company products, along with a range of its own products, such as the juices Amita and Frulite, the bottled water AVRA, Tsakiris snacks as well as products in cooperation with other companies, such as the ready to drink coffee illy issimo, the mixers Schweppes, the energy drink Monster, the tea Nestea and a portfolio of Premium Spirits.

The Company is seeking to recruit a Junior Brand Manager for Amita Fun. The Junior Brand Manager has responsibility for the overall Profit & Loss (P&L) managing the brand effectively in order to build brand equity and grow market share.

Key Accountabilities

-Develops the Annual Business Plan (ABP) and on-time implementation of all planned activities

-Develops and implements break-through ideas leading to solid brand growth

-Controls and handles DME

-Effectively communicates across CCHBC and especially Sales force, Regional Marketing, Key Accounts, Trade -Marketing, AD and Media Agencies departments

-Demonstrates and applies deep and extensive knowledge of brand & sub brands evolution (share, image, KBI’s, SWOT, research, distribution, sales)

-Tracks, manages and interprets quantitative and qualitative scores to communicate brand health to Senior Brand Manager through weekly and monthly meetings, commercial reviews

-Assists with managing media and advertising according to communication objectives of the brand

QUALIFICATIONS:

Essential Criteria:

  • – 2 years of previous experience in Sales & Marketing in FMCG sector
  • – Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration (desired)
  • – Postgraduate Degree especially if in Business Administration/ Marketing /MBA (desired)
  • – Strong communication, business acumen, creativity and leadership skills
  • – Excellent knowledge of English
  • – Excellent proficiency in MS Office applications

  • – in tune with modern trends both offline and online
  • – numerical aptitude
