We are looking for a talented professional with a degree in electrical engineering, fluent in English and with 5 years of professional experience as electrician on automation field or within an industrial environment. Expertise in the following technical areas will be considered as an asset:
• PLC S5 Siemens, PLC S7 Siemens, PLC S7-1200 Siemens with TIA Portal automation
• SCADA Siemens WinCC / WinCC flexible
• Beckhoff automation – TWINCAT
• AC Drives Siemens (Micromaster 420, 440)
• Profibus DP network
• ASi network
• ELAU servo
• Electrical design softwares (i.e. ePlan)

Your responsibilities, among other, will include:
• Maintain the electrical equipment conditions/standards and perform activities to the assigned equipment in order to ensure the continuous and reliable operation and to maximize production and product quality according to PMI safety standards.
• Perform interventions on all electrical & automation equipment of the production asset park including peripheral equipment and central palletizing line.
• Support the maintenance department to optimize reliability of the system by improving proactive and reactive methods and cost including man-hours, spare parts and out-source activities.
• Resolve breakdowns and perform proper equipment settings and adjustments. Identify the source of each technical problem and take proper actions to solve it and eliminate possibility of re-occurrence.
• Analyze performance and quality indicators, give directions, support production to achieve KPI objectives, provide solutions in difficult technical issues, execute methodically RCFA and deliver performance and activities reports per shift.
• Ensure that both the process and the products meet the quality and productivity standards and take appropriate corrective actions if needed.
