IKEA IT secures the undisrupted operation of the store IT & Telecommunication systems, ensuring the smooth operation of the store.
For our store in Athens Airport, we are looking for a: IT First Coworker (ref.: ITFCow_0415)
The Position:
Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be responsible and accountable for:
- Leading the Store IT department to achieve the desired and agreed objectives
- Administering, monitoring, supporting, and maintaining the store network and communication equipment to ensure the undisrupted operation of the store IT & Telecommunication systems
- Controlling, Steering and following up the P&L & budget elements related to the Software Applications running in the Store
- Implementing all actions ensuring the store IT Systems security
- Implementing all necessary IT routines and procedures
- Providing first level support to all store users in IT related issues
- Implementing the actions agreed in order to improve the Customer Service and Employee Satisfaction indices
- Selecting, developing and maintaining a motivated team capable of producing the agreed objectives

The skills
- Minimum 2 years experience in IT management position
- Good people management skills
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer Orientation
- Highly developed understanding of retail operations
- Good planning, organizational and follow up skills and team oriented personality
- Achievement drive, initiative taking and problem solving skills
- University Degree in Information Technology or related field (ΙΕΚ, ΤΕΙ, ΑΕΙ)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV
- Good knowledge of LS Retail
- Good knowledge of MS SQL 2005
- Knowledge of SQL Server Integration Services
- Very Good command of the English language
- Ability to work under pressure and strict deadlines
