Περιγραφή Θέσης :
Aegean’s Digital Department is responsible for the strategy, development & management of the company’s digital channels, including web & mobile sites and applications.
Reporting to the Head of Digital Services & Content, the candidate will be responsible for the effective management and monitoring of content for all digital channels (web & mobile), contributing in the successful implementation of the digital services & content roadmap.
Job Responsibilities:
• Develop, oversee and edit all branded web content, including managing content resources and/or freelances and writing original content when needed
• Ensure smooth communication and flow with internal and external stakeholders for the provision of content
• Manage content calendar for all digital devices properties
• Ensure content alignment with other marketing functions
• Implement methods to attract, retain, and convert customers as well as improve their user experience through personalization
• Track new content development
• Assess, catalogue, and organize web site content (content inventory)
• Create and implement high quality content, advanced guides, images, videos aimed at improving customer experience
• Execute optimization strategy and action plan for digital channels (web & mobile)
Απαιτούμενα Προσόντα :
Job Requirements:
• University degree in communications, media, marketing or similar is preferable
• Experience in content management and/or editing online content for websites (as a web editor, managing editor or similar)
• Computer literacy
• Excellent knowledge of English
