Recovery Team Leader (ref: REC_1214)
Reporting to the Store Logistics Manager, you will be responsible and accountable for:
- The AS-IS ( area with discount products before cashline) and all tasks associated with quality and damaged goods management inside the store
- Ensuring the commerciality of the AS-IS
- Ensuring the quality control, reporting and claiming process of the department
- Achieving the desired Recovery index goal, through an efficient administration and physical processing of the recovered products
- Suggest and apply prevention methods in store to ensure the lowest possible recovery costs
- Ensuring that all quality processes are implemented in the store (Sales stop, Quality alarms, quality issue customer returns)
- Ensuring that all actions in your areas of responsibility are based on IKEA manuals, House Market procedures and legal / safety guidelines
- Controlling and managing all operating costs related to your department
- Through close cooperation with the Sales Team Leaders, plan all changes in the commercial areas so that goods movement and replenishment can be optimized
- Selecting, developing and maintaining a motivated team capable of producing the agreed objectives
You have:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Sales or Logistics Management position, ideally in the high volume retail sector
- Commercial Thinking and Customer Focus
- University or College Degree
- Achievement drive, initiative taking and problem solving skills
- Good People management skills
- Very good communication skills and team oriented personality
- Good planning and organizing skills
- Analytical and numerical abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and strict deadlines
- Good command of the Greek & English language
- Good knowledge of Ms Office

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be responsible and accountable for:
- Leading the Sales Division to achieve the desired and agreed objectives
- Steering towards maximizing all commercial KPIs of the Store
- Steering towards improving the profitability
- Controlling, Steering and following up all operating costs, P&L elements and KPIs related to your areas of responsibility
- Securing a consistent, seamless positive customer experience through all channels and all methods
- Delivering and leading the commercial action plan for the store
- Knowing the local market potential and ensure the store addresses the local customers needs
- Implementing the actions agreed in order to improve the Customer Service and Employee Satisfaction indices
- Selecting, developing and maintaining a motivated team capable of producing the agreed objectives
