JUNIOR PRODUCT MANAGER

Key Accountabilities:
- Create and manage the product roadmap, including the overall prioritization of product enhancements.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
- Communicate and report all updates or results to the correspondent shareholders
- Develop commercial analysis of new product ideas, with particular emphasis on competitive analysis, scenario analysis, and key market issues
- Meet with potential suppliers
- Provide support to the sales representatives and the trainers
- Manages input and output of ERP information as needed for creation of new and removal of existing products
- Work with Cross functional teams and vendors to implement marketing strategy and planning efforts for providing solutions to strengthen and increase market share
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree (Business, Marketing or Mechanical specialization is preferred)
- 2-3 years previous experience in a similar position, preferably in Sales Organizations
- Microsoft office suite proficiency including advanced knowledge of Excel
- Fluent English. German will be considered as a plus
- Strong negotiation skills
- Effective communication and customer management skills
- Experience as a buyer will be consider a plus
