Για το καταστημα Θεσσαλίας (Λάρισα) το ΙΚΕΑ αναζητά να καλύψει την παρακάτω θέση:

Restaurant Team Leader (ref: REST_1114)

The Position:       

Reporting to the Store IKEA Food & Beverage Manager, you will be responsible and accountable for:

• Leading the Restaurant, Swedish Food Market and Bistro team
• Ensuring the operation of all areas of your responsibility, in accordance with the IKEA quality, Food safety, and local legislation requirements
• Ensuring that all areas of your responsibility operate in accordance with the HACCP and ISO standards and regulation
• Achieving the sales budget set by the IKEA Food & Beverage Manager for your areas of responsibility
• Controlling, Steering and following up all operating costs, P&L elements and KPIs related to your areas of responsibility
• Implementing the actions agreed in order to improve the Customer Service and Employee Satisfaction indices
• Selecting, developing and maintaining a motivated team capable of producing the agreed objectives

The skills

• Minimum 3 years experience in a managerial position in Food & Beverage, Restaurant or hotel industry
• Working experience with HACCP and ISO standards
• Very good People management skills, having worked with large teams
• Very good communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer Orientation and Commercial focus
• Analytical and numerical abilities
• Very good planning, organizational and follow up skills and team oriented personality
• Achievement drive, initiative taking and problem solving skills
• University Degree will be considered as an asset
• Very Good command of the English language
• Good use of MS Office
• Ability to work under pressure and strict deadlines
• Able to relocate, if needed, for work reasons
