   CSR Specialist

  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in relevant positions
  • Degree in Business Administration / Communication / Marketing or other any relating discipline
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Strategic planning and thinking and business awareness
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Excellent knowledge of Greek and English language (both oral and written)
  • Demonstrated presentation skills
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Action oriented and driven for results
  • Ability to work well with teams
  • Strong planning and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Self-directed individual with initiative, creativity and analytical skills
  • Strong program development and communication experience

   Quality Assurance/Tester

  • University Graduate (AEI/TEI) with degree in Computer Science/Engineering or relevant discipline.Postgraduate degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus
  • Minimum 3 years of software QA experience in corporate environment
  • Expert knowledge of QA concepts and methodology and industry-standard testing and bug tracking tools
  • Experience in projects related to Lotteries, Passives, Scratch and/or Betting will be considered a plus.
  • BA and/or hands-on coding experience is highly preferable
  • Experience of testing both back-end systems and front-end applications
  • Excellent use of Greek and English (oral and written)
  • Certifications such as CSTE, CMST, CSQA, CMSQ etc. will be considered an asset
  • Strong IT skills (proficient in MS Office: Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and methodical approach
  • High level of accuracy, good attention to detail and reporting skills
  • Initiative, flexible thinking and able to adapt to change
  • Team spirit and ability to cooperate at all levels
  • Strong organizational and planning skills to deal with a variety of projects and able to prioritize conflicting demands
  • Ability to work under pressure with multiple projects and deliver within strict timeframes
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to grasp new concepts quickly and to assimilate data from a wide range of scientific areas

   Business Intelligence Developer – Analyst

  • University Graduate (AEI/TEI) with degree in Computer Science or relevant discipline.Optional postgraduate degree in Computer Science, Data Science, BI or related
  • Three (3) years or more of recent professional experience in requirements analysis, design, development, testing and support of BI projects. Proven work experience in relational database systems (e.g. Oracle, SQL Server, Sybase, etc.), data management, reporting and analytics. Work experience as part of a team and participation in large-scale projects
  • Development experience on quality web based applications and experience in projects related to Lotteries, Passives, Scratch and/or Betting will be considered a plus
  • Analyst/Developer experience with at least one of the following RDBMS’s: Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, Sybase IQ, DB2, IBM Netezza and database concepts in a multidimensional large data warehouse environment
  • Experience with at least one ETL tool (SSIS, Informatica, DataStage or similar)
  • Report/Dashboard design and multidimensional analysis using tools such as SAP BusinessObjects, Oracle BI, Microsoft SSAS/SSRS or similar.  T-SQL, PL-SQL or similar.
  • Optional skills: Data mining and analytics tools (IBM SPSS Modeler, SAS Data Mining, SAP Perdictive Analytics , SSAS), Sharepoint,ASP.net, VB.net, C#,.Net Web services,AJAX,Javascript, Jquery, CSS
  • Optional: Certification in project management or service frameworks (ITIL, PRINCE2, PMP or similar)
  • Excellent use of Greek and English (oral and written) and communication skills
  • Problem-solving skills, initiative, ability to deliver within strict timeframes
  • Ability to cooperate, team spirit, organizational skills
  • Ability to work with business users to gather requirements, define scope and offer consultation

   Customer Analytics & BI Manager

  • Bachelor degree in Business Intelligence systems & Data mining
  • Master degree will be considered a plus
  • 5+ years’ experience in a BI / DWH team
  • Experience in analyzing customer database data. SQL skills a plus.
  • Knowledge of advanced data analysis techniques that include customer segmentation, predictive modeling, querying & reporting tools
  • Familiarity of statistical tools such as SPSS Modeler and/or SAS
  • Comfort and familiarity with the systems and technologies that enable CRM analytics
  • Ability to be objective in analysis and share learning’s constructively

   Head of Loyalty

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
  • 5+ years of professional experience with a proven background in loyalty programs
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Very good command of the English language
  • Excellent PC skills (MS Office etc)
  • Ability to work with different groups and levels
  • Good communication & time-management skills

   Numeric Games Manager

  • University degree in Polytechnic, or Mathematic, or Marketing or other related field
  • MBA or MSc in Marketing
  • 5-7 years’ experience in a Marketing senior position in products or services business
  • Strong results oriented individual with solid commercial business experience
  • High numerical orientation (ability to analyze & draw conclusions based on quantitative facts)
  • Very good command of English language (able to fully operate in English)
  • Proven experience in project management & delivery upon commitments in a complex environment
  • Experience in business planning with excellent presentation skills
  • Consumer oriented, able to detect consumer insights & needs translating them to product propositions and concepts
  • Ability to successfully lead own team & cross-functional project teams in achieving specific KPIs
  • Open minded & innovative with the ability to work under pressure & meet deadlines
  • Solution finder and “can do” attitude believer
  • Ability to teamwork, cooperative attitude, adaptability and flexibility are essential
