Job Description: Cash Collector-00150819

Description: In this role of Cash Collector in the Customer Financial Services department you will play a key role in the collections and cash application process.

You will also be providing qualitative feedback to the business, that you gather from your communication with the customers.

The role reports into the Customer Financial Services Manager.

Responsibilities

  •    Daily communication with accounts for collections of accounts receivables
  •    Monitoring of risk mitigating tools
  •    Cash application
  •    Monitoring of order status
  •    Analyze financial KPI’s and propose solutions for maximizing revenue while mitigating risk
  •    Be the connection point between sales and customer financial services. Exchange key qualitative and quantitative data.

Qualifications

  •    Bachelor/Master Finance or Business administration / minimum of 2 years directly relevant work experience
  •    Fluency in English language
  •    Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  •    Able to handle difficult conversations
  •    Ability to filter information and providing insightful feedback

FIELD SALES MANAGER-00185537

Main responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of 6 Field reps, 4 of which are based outside of Athens
  • Deliver a mid-term strategic review of the Field Account base
  • Develop, apply, and oversee the sales activities for the designated field sales team.
  • Accountable for executing and analyzing business plans and performance targets.
  • Work with the product or category business groups to develop programs and processes to achieve revenue targets and strong brand positioning.
  • Manage the brand by executing and aligning brand initiatives that ensure strategic sales growth.
  • Work with sales management to develop, apply, and oversee the field sales strategy.
  • Drive sustainable, long-term growth for Field Sales accounts
  • Create and implement business plans for achieving revenue growth and other financial targets.
  • Lead and oversee the process for realistic and accurate scenario planning, forecasting, seasonal initiatives, business analysis, and new sales opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Capability to create and execute strategic plans
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Experience with change management.
  • 5-6 years of relevant experience
  • Fluent English
