Egnatia Aviation with a workforce of 49 full time employees is seeking for a Sales and Marketing Manager to promote Company’s interest and training services.
Position Details:

• Work location: Kavala, Greece
• Remuneration: Competitive salary depending on education, previous experience and interview performance.
Essential Criteria:
• University or Technological Educational Institute Degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing or any other related field
• Excellent Knowledge of English, written and spoken
• At least 2 year experience in the sales and marketing area preferably in the field of the provision of services
• Experience on the organisation and presentation of the Company in exhibitions
• Excellent knowledge of computers, internet, email, and presentation software
Preferred Criteria:
• At least 2 year experience in sales and marketing within the airline market
• To have studied, or worked abroad preferably in U.K.
• Participation in seminars within the Sales and Marketing field, including B2C and B2B techniques and planning, digital and social media marketing
• Knowledge of a third language
Main Responsibilities:
• Ensure incoming calls and internet requests are responded to and followed up appropriately
• Coordinate sales operations with all other departments of the Company
• Organise and participate in exhibitions respective to our market and needs
• Promote and advertise our services based to the trends’ analysis of the general market
• Review, update and ensure adequate stock of the marketing material

• Exceptional sales presentation, interpersonal and organisational skills
• Strong negotiation, communication, and listening skills
• Demonstrated ability to be adaptable and flexible, with the capacity to accept change
• Ability to work in a team environment as well as autonomously
• Must be able to work in a multicultural environment
