MINERVA S.A. Edible Oils Enterprises,member of the PZ CUSSONS plc, one of the leading multinational FMCG companies in the Greek market, is looking to hire a qualified Engineer for the manufacturing site in the area of Ioannina, for the position of:
Production Trainee
Through the position of the Production Trainee you will be able to combine technical and behavioural training with on the job experience, plus develop supply chain business acumen at the very early stage of your career.
Key accountabilities:
- Participation in all needed activities according to the health and safety standards to achieve the production plan.
- Execution of all necessary activities to ensure compliance with production standards, timeframe and cost.
- Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills through a variety of manufacturing project assignments, as well as hands on experience.
Candidate Profile:
- University Degree in Chemical Engineering, Production Engineering and Management or School of Agriculture in Food Science and Technology
- Master’s Degree will be considered as an asset
- Fluency in English, Proficiency Level
- Perfect knowledge of MS-Office environment
- Driving License
- Fulfilled military obligations for male candidates
- Excellent communication, team working and leadership skills, along with a continuous improvement mentality are essential for this role
The role may require working in shifts.
Compensation:
