MSD’s market access team provides evidence that MSD’s products are not only clinically effective but also cost-effective treatment options.
The Market Access Manager position is in the External Affairs Department and reports directly to the Market Access Associate Director.
Key activities
Build and communicate the value proposition for MSD’s products for internal and external stakeholders
Take an active role in the development of relationships and continued advocacy with external customers and advisors
Establish long-term relationships with national, local payers and Scientific Leaders
Liaise with the medical team to integrate Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) strategies within clinical trials and /or observational studies
Prepare reimbursement submission
Provide training on pharmacoeconomics to internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
Ability to think strategically and pay close attention to detail
Ability to work cross-functionally and in various therapeutic areas
Good project management skills to deliver high quality projects on time and on budget
Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills, in both Greek and English
3-4 years of work experience in a similar role are required Master’s degree in Health Economics is required
