As one of our store managers, your job is to: Achleving the growth and sales targets and KPIs set. Leading your sales team to ensure the highest possible levels of productivity and profitability. Organising and motivating your team so that customers have the best possible Camper experience. Supervising the implementation of all necessary processes and procedures. Ensuring that the shop is well – managed, maintaining the quality and image standards set by the brand. Job requirements: At least 2 years experience in a store manager role. Experience with SAP. Excellent English. Excellent communication skills at all levels.
