OTEplus S.Α., one of the leading consultancy companies in the area of Information and Communications Technologies and Management Consulting, has undertaken a project on behalf of one of the largest and dynamically developing Telecommunication Groups that operates in Greece and abroad, is seeking for a consultant of the following specialization:

ICT PRESALES ENGINEER (Ref. Code: IPE – 09/13)

Main Role:

Collaborate with Sales Team and provide necessary support in activities like product demos, presentations and customer technical discussions.

Responsibilities:

•      Build and deliver presentations and product demonstrations to prospects.

•      Assist with developing Statement of Work (SOWs) and ROI deliverables for prospective customers.

•      Build detailed requirements documents for proof-of-concepts (POCs), pilots and as input into SOW.

•      Perform on-site and/or remote discoveries of client’s applications.

•      Co-ordinate and supervise on-site POCs and pilots to demonstrate capabilities within clients target environment.

•      Perform competitive research and analysis.

•      Domain expertise across several verticals and functional roles within industries served.

•      Create and maintain pre-sales collateral, templates, RPF responses, demos and in general contribute to continuous improvement within the pre-sales function.

•      Product re-usable marketing collateral (case studies, videos, demos, competitive differentiators, etc.) from client engagement artifacts and deliverables.

•      Work with Implementation Teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions to customers.

Required Qualifications/Skills:

•      Graduate in Information Technology.

•      3+ years of Presales experience.

•      Excellent communication skills.

•      Excellent knowledge of English language (oral & written).

•      Good interpersonal and organizational skills.

•      Address tight deadlines.

•      Learn new technologies quickly.

•      Good knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) products (i.e. Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle Siebel) and/or Enterprise Resource Management (ERP) products (i.e. SAP, Oracle eBS) and/or Human Resources Management Systems (i.e. SAP HRMS, Oracle PeopleSoft) and/or IT Products offerings through Cloud platforms.

•      Very good understanding of IT systems architecture and integration techniques.

•      Previous experience in any of the business verticals: Government, Healthcare, Hospitality, Travel & Tourism, Banking.

Optional Skills:

•     Good understanding of Greek ICT market & IT Business scenarios.

•      Bid management experience.

Work location:  Attica.
