Duties
- Develop HR policies and procedures
- Work closely with various departments to promote successful implementation of policies and procedures
- Develop HR planning strategies and analyze immediate and long-term staff requirements
- Promote equality and diversity within the organization · Advise managers and other employees on employment law
- Recruit new employees and manage hiring process: prepare job descriptions, job adverts, shortlist, interview and select candidates
- Analyze training needs; organizing staff training sessions and activities
- Negotiate salaries, contracts, working conditions of staff
- Develop job descriptions
- Maintain employee records
- Monitor staff performance and attendance
- Undertake regular salary reviews
- Deal with staff at all levels
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as HR Officer
- BS/BA in Human Resources or related field
- Knowledge of HR functions
- Knowledge of Greek and EU labor legislation and HR best practices
- Fluency in English
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and consulting skills
- Organizational and teamwork skills
- Professional integrity and business ethics
