Assistant Boutique Manager/ Boutique Manager for our company in Thessaloniki
Main Responsibilities
- Achieve with team the daily, weekly, monthly sales and service level targets set for the boutique
- Ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience and guarantee consistency of the Nespresso Brand and the customer experience
- Motivate and coach team to provide exceptional customer service in keeping up with our brand image
- Excel in Boutique Operations Procedures by organizing & optimizing the smooth running of the Boutique
- Monitor and manage staffing levels to ensure boutique operations and customer service goals are met
- Responsible for Inventory management and Boutique stock control
- Ensure compliance in accordance with the international guidelines Nestle Nespresso, standards and local regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Degree in business, hospitality or a closely related field
- Retail Selling & Service experience in luxury boutique (2 – 4 years)
- Experience in managing/supervising people/teams (2 – 4 years)
- Luxury goods industry
- Product Management
- Fluency in Greek and English

OOH Business Developer for our company in Athens
Main Responsibilities
- Define HORECA B2C commercial plan and execute flawlessly
- Continuously monitor budget spend as per operational plan in terms of quantitative achievements vs targets and qualitative respect of corporate audit guidelines
- Monitor sales performance and DF and suggest bridge gap actions. Lead OP process
- KA management of the B2B agent
- Be the Brand Ambassador to the Hotel industry in the Nespresso Horeca B2C field
- Drive a common Hotel strategy with the agent focusing on in room machines while assisting the agent with other venues in the Hotels
- Gather hotel industry data, regional, national and per segment sales and competition information and report
- Investigate and promote possible ATC sell-out channels (excl. own channels & Trade) and contribute/lead in establishing a strategy for the Office channel for B2C
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field
- Postgraduate studies will be a plus
- Strong analytical skills
- Proven commercial experience with focus on execution (3-5 Years)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Fluency in Greek and English
