You should hold a University or other equivalent Degree in Engineeringwith postgraduate studiesin Business Administration or Finance. The successful candidate will have 2 to 4 years of proven professional experience in Production Planning, Analysis or Reporting with a large multinational company. Fluency in English, excellent command of MS Excel and Presentation skills are considered as a must.

In the context of your responsibilities, you will need to:
Identify needs and propose improvements to systems, tools and analysis methods and their effective use and continuous adaptation to the business requirements
Prepare strategic analysis, scenarios, alternatives and business processes, re-design proposals, execute feasibility studies etc. in order to enable Papastratos operations management to take appropriate decisions to achieve medium and long-term objectives.
Lead Productivity Initiatives process, working closely with all departments and initiative leaders in ensuring the budgeted delivery of productivity savings and overall company targets.
Prepare presentations, strategy communication, performance reviews to support PAPASTRATOS management team.
Carry out all the activities above ensuring that PMI Compliance Policies, standards and laws related to these activities are fully respected, integrated and understood.
MANAGEMENT TRAINEE PROGRAM

THE OPPORTUNITY
The 3 successful candidates who will be selected, will join Papastratos, an affiliate of Philip Morris International (PMI) and will gain experience from Field, Marketing, RRP and Finance departments on a rotating basis. The total duration of the program will be 18 months during which the candidates will be in charge of challenging strategic projects, obtaining a comprehensive view of our business as well as a solid business hands on experience. After the successful completion of the program, candidates will have the opportunity to undertake a position of increased responsibilities in a division of our organization.
QUALIFICATIONS
- University degree, Bachelor or Master in Economics or Business Administration or Digital Marketing or relevant field
- 1-2 years working experience
- Career ambition, strong drive for results and international mobility
- Strong analytical and learning capabilities as well as presentation and communication skills
- Excellent command of Greek, English and PC are considered as a must
- For male candidates, it is essential to have fulfilled their military obligations.
