Job Description
- Work with the biggest coffee brands (Nescafé, BuondiCaffè, Loumidis)
- Coffees’ strategy implementation in the OOH market
- Organization and assistance in barista seminars/trainings with customers
- Collaboration with the Head Barista, Nestlé Professional’s Sales Force and Marketing Team
- Ideas generation and recipes creation, capitalizing on the OOH coffee trends
- Participation in baristi championships
Candidate Profile
- Tourism studies will be considered as a plus
- More than 5 years working experience as a barista; strong coffee knowledge
- SCAE certification and/or distinctions in baristi championships will be considered as a plus
- Good communication and presentation skills, self-motivated, team player, coffee lover, impactful
- Proactive cooperation, initiative, results focus
- PC knowledge (MS office)
- Fluency in Greek and English
- Ability to travel often, Driving license
Call Center Coffee Specialist – Nespresso (6month contract)( Αριθμός θέσης εργασίας: 160007EJ)
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Registration of new customers
- Taking orders
- Answering information requests or complaints
- Ensure database integrity
- Outbound call campaigns and activities
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree ideally in a business-related field
- 1-2 years of experience in telephone sales and with up market customers
- Knowledge in social media and written communication with customers tone of voice
- Knowledge of coffee (products, accessories, machines etc) would be an advantage
- Languages: fluency in Greek & English
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Understanding and anticipating consumer’s expectations and requirements
- Escorting them through the sales process
- Developing their understanding and participation in the Nespresso universe (coffee, machines, accessories, service)
- Assuring cash procedures
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree ideally in a business-related field
- 2-3 years experience in direct customer sales of high value-added products & services
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Fluency in Greek and English
