In the Crew Rostering Department there is currently a vacancy of
Crew Control Officer
Follow up office is working in shifts 24/7 and brings along the following responsibilities:
- Monitors coverage of flight crews
- Monitors and corrects any possible irregularity of crews based on Flight Time Limitations (FTL)
- Update crews of any changes on their rosters
- Creates crew routes and assign them to flight crews
- Updates crew routes
- Generates and dispatches crew reports related to block hours, sickness, night stops and annual leaves of crews
- Hotel accommodation, create and update list of dead-head crews
- Trying to harmonize aircraft and crew routes in order to avoid possible delays
- Update crew contact details and crew qualifications
- Coordination of crew transportations
Απαιτούμενα Προσόντα :
Candidates should have the following personal requirements:
- High level of communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Team oriented
- Methodical and analytical skills
- Proactive approach
- Military obligations fulfilled
And the following educational requirements and work experience:
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- English written and spoken
- Knowledge of AIMS software will be considered as an asset skill
- Knowledge of Amadeus will be considered as an asset skill
