IT Coordinator

Candidates must have a degree in Computer Science or other related field and minimum five (5) years in the field of information systems and business operations. They should have proven experience in ENTERSOFT BUSINESS SUITE ERP or other similar integrated ERP, CRM applications. They should also have strong programming skills and techniques, good understanding of relational databases and ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment. Being in accordance with ActionAid’s vision and principles is required.

Community Fundraising Executive

Candidates must have a degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration or other related field and three (3) to four (4) years of professional experience in fundraising and event management. They should be able to pursue funding opportunities, develop proposals and design events & other fundraising initiatives. They should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as proven experience in leading teams, particularly youth and volunteer groups. Being in accordance with ActionAid’s vision and principles is required.

Supporter Systems & Processes Officer

Key Responsibilities:

  • To support the establishment of the ERP System and the implementation of Business Processes
  • Develop and monitor KPI’s and Reports
  • Develop internal & external capacity for the use of the system and the implementation of the processes

Candidates must have:

  • A degree in Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics or Statistics
  • At least (2) years of professional experience in Customer Relationship Management
  • Proven experience in the use of IT database systems
  • Excellent analytical and organisational skills
  • Computer skills: Office package, mastery of Excel
  • Languages: Greek, English (required)
  • Being in accordance with ActionAid’s vision and principles

Term of the contract: Seven (7) month fixed-term contract, starting from 16th of February 2015 and ending on the 30th of September 2015.

Remuneration:  980 € gross monthly salary
