is searching for a full time sole in house legal counsel, located in Athens
on behalf of a major multinational Fast Moving Consumer Goods Group

The candidate should fulfill the following criteria:

Academic Education: Law degree from a Greek University and Post Graduate Degree in Law (LLM) or MBA for Lawyers.

Previous experience: at least 10 years in a multinational company (preferably in the Food or the FMCG sector) or a law firm serving multinational companies. Experience in Greek commercial/corporate law, antitrust law, consumer law, and at the following fields: litigation, distribution agreements, intellectual property as well as a good understanding of commercial considerations, are essentials.

Foreign language knowledge: Fluency in English (both speaking and writing – comment and draft contracts in English).

Computer: MS Office literate

Competencies: Work effectively with others at all levels, leadership, time management and prioritization, excellent communication and social skills, high integrity and moral values.
